  • Start date: Saturday 29th September
  • You will receive running coaching once a week with me
  • First couple of weeks will be about assessing where you are currently and your abilities
  • Specific drills to improve technique and running support
  • You will also receive unlimited support/advice across social media groups
  • I will also set you a further second session bespoke to you to do in your own time
  • Every 4-6 weeks we can look to test you over a Park Run or time trial or over fun tests to see how you are progressing
