- Start date: Saturday 29th September
- You will receive running coaching once a week with me
- First couple of weeks will be about assessing where you are currently and your abilities
- Specific drills to improve technique and running support
- You will also receive unlimited support/advice across social media groups
- I will also set you a further second session bespoke to you to do in your own time
- Every 4-6 weeks we can look to test you over a Park Run or time trial or over fun tests to see how you are progressing
