I wanted to rediscover my love for running...and Leanne has helped me do this...

 I started training with Leanne about four months ago. I had taken a break from running and wanted to get back into it. I needed some support and guidance to do so.

I am really enjoying the Sunday group sessions that I attend. It's friendly and has a supportive atmosphere.

It's not about how "fast" everyone else is, but how I improve my own running.

Leanne pushes me, but only within my capabilities. I have noticed a huge difference in my running technique and fitness since I started, but more importantly, I've started to enjoy running again. My new goal will be to tackle a half marathon in April 2020.
