LW Coaching has numerous Run Coaching options to choose from, so you can train toward your own goals in the way that suits you.
Its time to put back some of the skills and experience I have gained along the way and help people improve their running fitness, techniques, speed and posture. And its good to make running fun...my groups will offer various fun drills, exercises and sessions and socially its a great opportunity to meet other like minded people and get together for a coffee and cake afterwards.
